What Amass Connector does
Amass, from Amass Technologies ApS, opens six curated life sciences datasets to an assistant. BioMedCore holds more than 39 million peer reviewed papers from PubMed and PMC, TrialCore more than 575,000 trials drawn from ClinicalTrials.gov, and DrugCore about 22,000 harmonised drugs and molecules with modality, clinical stage, structure, synonyms, and the genes each one acts on.
The remaining three cover regulation and biology. RegulatoryCore has over 7,000 FDA and EMA marketing authorisations with the underlying labels, reviews, SmPCs, and EPARs. GeneCore has around 43,000 human genes annotated for druggability, DepMap essentiality, target class, tractability, safety liabilities, and gnomAD constraint. PatentCore, still in preview, indexes life science patents with searchable full text, classification codes, assignees, inventors, and family links.
Records can be filtered, retrieved in full, and followed across datasets back to the original source.
