Concepts can be looked up by identifier, checked for existence and active status, tested for subsumption against one another, and walked through the IS-A hierarchy in either direction. Value sets expand through Expression Constraint Language. Several editions are addressable, including the International, US and Australian releases. Every tool reads; nothing modifies terminology data.
