Who it is for
Founders and operators at startups whose equity records and agreements already live in SeedLegals.
Cap table, equity documents, and signature status
Overview
SeedLegals connects a company's equity and legal paperwork to ChatGPT. Ownership percentages on the cap table, dilution, share classes, and SEIS or EIS scheme breakdowns can be queried, along with actions still outstanding across active workflows.
Documents are handled as well as data. Agreements can be found, read, and questioned; the app reports who has yet to sign, sends signature reminders, and shares documents with colleagues.
It also writes. Board minutes and employment agreements can be created and updated from the conversation. The underlying platform covers fundraising and company legals, with the ChatGPT connection acting as a query and drafting surface over an existing account.

It reaches past reading into document creation, including board minutes and chasing outstanding signatures.

Only 392 of the 3,150 products in this directory are listed in both marketplaces. One MCP server can serve both surfaces; what differs is each platform's listing and review process.

In the publisher's words
Connect Claude to your SeedLegals account to work with your company's equity and legal documents. Ask about your cap table ownership, dilution, share classes, and SEIS/EIS scheme breakdowns, and see outstanding actions across your workflows. Find, read, and ask questions about your agreements, check who still needs to sign, send signature reminders, and share documents with your team. You can also create and update documents such as board minutes and employment agreements, directly from the conversation.

This is an independent catalogue entry compiled by Node8 from SeedLegals's public marketplace listings as they stood in August 2026. Listing facts come from the marketplaces; the comparisons against the rest of the directory and any live-endpoint measurements are Node8's. Node8 is not affiliated with Seedlegals, and inclusion here is not an endorsement.
Node8 builds MCP servers end to end: deciding which tools are worth exposing, the authentication and permission model, the review submissions, and the onboarding that gets them used. One server serves ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
