Hausmann Immobilien is a property search app from Wordliner GmbH, built around an agency active in Norderstedt, Hamburg, Dresden, and other regions of eastern Germany.

Instead of a long scrolling list, results are placed on an interactive map. A house, apartment, plot of land, or investment property can then be read against its surroundings: the street it sits on, the neighborhood around it, and the infrastructure nearby. Comparing districts or entire cities works the same way, by looking at where the pins fall.

Buying, selling, and renting are all covered. The stock shown is the agency's own selection of residential and investment property rather than an open market search, and the listing pairs the map with direct contact to the agency's staff.
