What 1to1 Mate does
1to1 Mate from Createsea is a relationship record keeper organised around recurring one on one meetings. Inside its own app it stores structured member profiles covering goals, values, skills, background, referral needs, and tags, transcribes meeting audio into summaries with action items, imports profile details from business cards or web pages, and suggests introductions between members.
The ChatGPT connection is read only. Transcription, note creation, and member registration all stay in the app itself; through the connector the assistant can query recorded data to draft an upcoming agenda, surface members with a shared problem, or pull together commitments made across a month of meetings. Nothing is edited or removed over the connection.
A Pro subscription is required, sign in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE via Google, and raw contact fields such as phone numbers and email addresses are withheld from the model.
