What Awesome Slides does
Awesome Slides builds a presentation from whatever source is available: an uploaded PDF, a block of pasted text, a web address, or just a topic line. Layout, image selection and diagram construction are handled by the app rather than assembled by hand.
Revision happens in conversation. Instructions to shift the tone, cut a section down or add a new one are applied to the deck, and individual text can also be edited manually. Images can be supplied or generated.
Two export paths exist. One produces a .pptx file that stays editable in ordinary presentation software; the other produces a video of the deck with a voiceover over it. Sider AI publishes the app, which is invoked with an at-mention or by naming it in the prompt.
What stands out
The narrated video export sits next to the editable PowerPoint file, so the deck is not rebuilt to get a recorded version.
