What Outliner does
Outliner takes an idea or an uploaded file and produces a hierarchical outline in the conversation. A pitch deck, a launch plan, or an essay can be handed over as the starting point, and the result comes back as nested nodes with individual entries promoted, trimmed, or deleted in place.
Activation is by name. Typing @ and picking Outliner, or writing the app name followed by a space, brings it into the chat, and the Sider browser extension adds an entry to its action list. Finished outlines are copied out of ChatGPT for further work elsewhere.

The outline stays editable as a tree, with individual nodes reordered or removed rather than the whole thing rewritten.

Outliner is listed in the ChatGPT apps directory only. Sider AI has no connector under the same domain in the Claude directory; 392 of the 3,150 products here are on both marketplaces, and this is not one of them.
