Who it is for
Research, support and operations teams whose institutional record lives in recorded calls, interviews and field audio.
Transcript library search with speakers and timestamps
Overview
HappyScribe is a transcription and notetaking platform covering interviews, fieldwork, in-person recordings, online meetings and uploaded media. Its transcripts are verbatim and attributed by speaker, in more than 150 languages.
With the connector in place, ChatGPT can search the library by keyword, by speaker, by date or by topic, and return exact quotes carrying timestamps and deep links back into the editor. New material can be transcribed from a URL, including YouTube, Vimeo and direct file links.
Housekeeping is covered too: folders can be reorganised, speakers renamed and transcript text corrected. The connector can also explain why a meeting failed to record, and surface the graph of people and companies appearing across a set of recordings. HappyScribe describes itself as European and GDPR-native.

Quotes return with verified timestamps and links into the source transcript, which makes citation possible rather than approximate.

This is an independent catalogue entry compiled by Node8 from HappyScribe's public marketplace listings as they stood in August 2026. Listing facts come from the marketplaces; the comparisons against the rest of the directory and any live-endpoint measurements are Node8's. Node8 is not affiliated with Happy Scribe Limited, and inclusion here is not an endorsement.
Node8 builds MCP servers end to end: deciding which tools are worth exposing, the authentication and permission model, the review submissions, and the onboarding that gets them used. One server serves ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
