What Hero by Vivun does
Hero is a sales assistant from Vivun that joins calls, writes follow-ups and keeps research on accounts. This connector exposes that material to ChatGPT so it can be worked with directly rather than copied between applications.
Transcripts of calls and meetings can be searched by keyword, by meaning, by date, or within a single workspace, and a full transcript pulled back with segments split per speaker.
