What Miyo does
Miyo reaches a notes collection held on a local machine, working through a companion desktop application that has been connected to ChatGPT. Searching the notes and the wider knowledge base returns matches from files kept on that machine.
Full files can be read, folders browsed, and the set of indexed files inspected. Writing is supported as well: new files can be created in local folders, and existing ones edited. Reading and writing run over the same connection, so a file can be found, opened, and changed without moving to another tool.
Access depends on the desktop app being connected. The developer is Brevilabs.
