What WorkOS does
WorkOS links a ChatGPT or Codex session to a WorkOS workspace so account work happens in plain language instead of through the dashboard. Single sign-on and Directory Sync connections can be configured, organizations created, users invited, auth policies adjusted, audit log events pulled, and AuthKit branding set.
Questions work as well as commands. Asking why a particular organization cannot sign in with SSO, or asking which organizations hold a draft SSO connection, leads the agent to the matching operation and runs it.
Everything is bounded by the team authenticated against and the permissions that account already holds in the dashboard. Two skills ship with it, one general and one for WorkOS widgets.
