Reformat takes a Word file and standardises it to a house style: headings, numbering, paragraph and character styles, lists, headers and footers, margins, page numbering, cross-references and definitions. The publisher frames the value in billing terms, since this is work that otherwise consumes non-billable time.
Two capabilities do the heavy lifting. Detection identifies headings, lists, definitions, numbering hierarchies and signature blocks in a document that was not authored to a template, and numbering repair removes broken sequences instead of leaving them to be fixed by hand. Cleveland R&D publishes it at community tier.
