Who it is for
Freelancers and knowledge workers stuck on a vague or tangled situation who want to define it before acting.
Structured brainstorming that starts with questions
Overview
Unpack AI runs a facilitated session aimed at framing a problem before any solution is attempted. The premise is that effort spent on the wrong problem is costly, and that how a problem is framed changes which solutions come into view.
The flow has four steps. A situation is described in whatever rough form it exists, questions about it are generated in quantity while solutions are held back, those questions are clustered so patterns become visible, and one cluster is chosen and reframed as a working hypothesis. At that point the session ends on purpose, leaving the next move outside the tool.
The model takes a facilitator role throughout, asking and clarifying instead of answering.
Freelancers and knowledge workers stuck on a vague or tangled situation who want to define it before acting.
It withholds solutions by design and closes the session once a working hypothesis is stated.
Availability
Unpack AI is listed in the ChatGPT apps directory only. Nadja Carabulea has no connector under the same domain in the Claude directory; 392 of the 3,150 products here are on both marketplaces, and this is not one of them.
ChatGPT apps are built on MCP, and the same server can back a Claude connector, so the absence is a distribution decision rather than a technical one.

This is an independent catalogue entry compiled by Node8 from Unpack AI's public marketplace listing as it stood in August 2026. Listing facts come from the marketplaces; the comparisons against the rest of the directory and any live-endpoint measurements are Node8's. Node8 is not affiliated with Nadja Carabulea, and inclusion here is not an endorsement.
Node8 builds MCP servers end to end: deciding which tools are worth exposing, the authentication and permission model, the review submissions, and the onboarding that gets them used. One server serves ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
